Please read these terms carefully before booking a trip with Bhatko.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or booking a trip with Bhatko, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Booking & Confirmation
• A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the advance payment as communicated by our team. • Bhatko reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, road closures, natural disasters, etc.). • All trip itineraries are indicative. Minor changes may be made without prior notice for operational or safety reasons.
3. Payment Terms
• An advance (typically 30–50%) is required to confirm a booking. The balance is due as communicated during the booking process. • Payments must be made via the modes specified by Bhatko (UPI, bank transfer, etc.). • Prices quoted are per person unless explicitly stated otherwise and are subject to change based on group size, season, and availability.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations must be communicated in writing via WhatsApp or email. The following cancellation charges apply: • 30+ days before departure: 10% of total trip cost • 15–29 days before departure: 25% of total trip cost • 7–14 days before departure: 50% of total trip cost • Less than 7 days before departure: No refund • Bhatko is not liable for cancellations due to natural disasters, government restrictions, or force majeure events. In such cases, a partial refund or trip credit may be offered at our discretion.
5. Traveller Responsibilities
• All travellers must carry valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, Passport, etc.) during the trip. • Travellers must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or physical limitations at the time of booking. • Travellers are responsible for their personal belongings, documents, and valuables throughout the trip. • Consumption of alcohol or drugs in restricted areas, or behaviour that endangers fellow travellers, may result in immediate removal from the trip without refund.
6. Health & Safety
• Travellers participate in all activities (trekking, camping, adventure sports) at their own risk. • Bhatko takes all reasonable precautions to ensure safety; however, we cannot be held liable for accidents or injuries arising from participation in inherently risky activities. • Travellers with serious health conditions are advised to consult a doctor before booking high-altitude or physically demanding trips.
7. Liability
Bhatko acts as an organiser and coordinator. We are not liable for: • Losses, damages, or delays caused by third-party service providers (hotels, transporters, guides) • Events beyond our reasonable control (weather, road conditions, strikes, government decisions) • Personal injury, illness, or death arising from activities during the trip Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the amount paid by the traveller for the specific booking.
8. Photography & Media
By joining a Bhatko trip, you consent to being photographed or filmed by our team for promotional use on social media and our website. If you do not wish to be featured, please inform us in writing before the trip begins.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and trip itineraries — is the property of Bhatko. Reproduction or redistribution without written permission is strictly prohibited.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
